Music In Islam

Alsalam aliekom wa rahmatouAllah;
Today I’m going to open one of sensitive topics spreads in Ummah wither Music is Haram or Halal, should I listen to the Nasheeds with Musical instruments or not ? for briefly, clearly , Mind to Mind and Heart to Heart chit chat lets begin
BismAllaher rahmaner rahim :)
Musical instruments are: the use of music, either alone or with lyrics does not violate the law and displeasing Allah •swt•
Scholars did not differ on Singing Itself, because the Prophet •pbuh• heard little girls were singing during days of Eid in Aisha’a house… but they spotted the light of using the Musical Instruments itself as subject
Importance of this subject comes from the presence of musical instruments in our lives:
In most transportation we hear music
In most shops and business centers we hear music
In most restaurants we hear music
What is the ruling? What is the disagreement? What should we do when there is differences in opinions?

There are two opinions of the scholars who are considered trustworthy for the rule of musical instruments:
“All of them were guided and all of them wants God”
“Their Consensus opinion is A decisive argument and their differences in opinions is wide Mercy”
The First Sector Calls for | the prohibition of musical instruments:
Was forbidden in the four sources of legislation:
1 – Quran: “And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks to mislead from the path of Allaah…” [Luqmaan 31:6]
► Hence; “And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing) to mislead (men) from the path of Allaah…” [The Holy Quran, Surah Luqmaan 31:6]
“Al-Sa’di (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: this includes all manner of haraam speech, all idle talk and falsehood, and all nonsense that encourages kufr and disobedience; the words of those who say things to refute the truth and argue in support of falsehood to defeat the truth; and backbiting, slander, lies, insults and curses; the singing and musical instruments of the Shaytaan; and musical instruments which are of no spiritual or worldly benefit. (Tafseer al-Sa’di, 6/150)
the types of music that a believer would listen to does actualy encourage faith and can greatly help spiritualy durring a dark hour. (and no i’m not talking about mainstream)
in the Qur’an, Allah clearly forbade singing and music that leads away from the path of Allah, but what about the singing and music that leads towards the path of Allah?
dont get me wrong but the Qur’an had clearly shown the right and the wrong, and this verse clearly shows that music is haram depending on why its played, what its about etc. if in fact all music was haram,
why doesnt the Qur’an clearly forbidden it?
2 – Hadith : which is been quoted in Bukhari:
The Prophet SAWS said, “There will be (at some future time) people from my ummah (community of Muslims) who will seek to make lawful: fornication, the wearing of silk by men), wine-drinking, and the use of musical instruments(ma’azif). Some people will stay at the side of a mountain and when their shepherd comes in the evening to ask them for his needs, they will say, ‘return to us tomorrow.’ Then Allah will destroy them during the night by causing the mountain to fall on them, while he changes others into apes and swine. They will remain in such a state until the Day of Resurrection.”
3 – Consensus: There is a consensus from Scholars on the sanctity of musical instruments.
4 – Analogical deduction Qyias: musical instruments, such as alcohol is haram because it lost the people’s mind.
The second Sector Calls for | The permissible of musical instruments:
The scholars said that musical instruments should be treated like any other Fiqh issues, not as main Religious known Issues
1 – Quran: This verse talks about singing, not musical instruments. Bukhari weakened the hadith the prohibition of musical instruments based on this talk, although mentioned in the same conversations and replicated in more than one place in his book regarding the prohibition of musical instruments
2 - in the words of the Prophet was talking about people who make this rhythm their way of life. To repeat this narrative of “systems” of these things: adulatory (zina), silk, alcohol and musical instruments. The Scholars said this: “To Combine the methods is not required to combine the Governance “: It means mentioning things in a row does not mean to combine in governance.
Al-Shawkaani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: The response to this is that mentioning these things in conjunction does not only mean that what is haraam is what is joined together in this manner. Otherwise this would mean that zinaa, as mentioned in the ahaadeeth, is not haraam unless it is accompanied by alcohol and the use of musical instruments. By the same token, an aayah such as the following (interpretation of the meaning):
“Verily, he used not to believe in Allaah, the Most Great, And urged not on the feeding of Al‑Miskeen (the poor).”
[al-Haaqqah 69:33-34]
would imply that it is not haraam to disbelieve in Allaah unless that is accompanied by not encouraging the feeding of the poor. If it is said that the prohibition of such things one at a time is proven from other reports, the response to that is that the prohibition of musical instruments is also known from other evidence, as mentioned above. (Nayl al-Awtaar, 8/107).
3 - Consensus: Imam al Shawkani he authored a book I advise you to buy it and read it about this subject the title of the book ["Ibtal Da'wa Al-Ijma' 'ala Tahrim Mutlaq al-Sama'" (The Refutation of the Alleged Claim of Consensus on the Absolute Prohibition of Music and Songs).]
By the End I will leave my will that don’t increase listening to the Nasheeds with or without Musical Instruments At the expense of remembering Allah, listening to Quran, learning more bout Allah, his prophet •pbuh• and religion and all others Science that benefits you in Dunia and Hereafter and doing the good deeds
However Imagine for a moment! you wake up one day and you cannot hear the beautiful sounds of the birds, rain, rivers, winds, leaves and so on how your life will be ? :-)
and regarding Fearing Allah •swt• sincerely, It’s been to stay away from All actions and deeds thats not pleasing him and beware as if you are walking yields thorns and thistles and stay away from it .. so Its better to stay from Music and listening to it from both ways with Musical Instruments or not
However If you used not listen to nasheeds with Musical Instruments you can advice your sis and bro nicely and with tinder words and not shouting or Screaming with Big word Haram right away .. cause Allah is the only and his prophet knows clearly what is Haram and Halal !
If they didn’t accept your advice, leave them and don’t keep nagging them
I’ll whisper in your ears this tender Hadith so you’ll remember it always and for ever
on the authority of Wabisa bin Mabad, may Allah be pleased with him, who said:
I came to the messenger of Allah and he said: “You have come to ask about righteousness ?” . I said:” Yes.” He said: “Consult your heart. Righteousness is that about which the soul feels tranquil and the heart feels tranquil, and wrongdoing is that which wavers in the soul and moves to and from in the breast even though people again and again have given you their legal opinion [in its favor].”
A good hadith transmetted from the Musnads of the two Imams, Ahmed bin Hanbal and Al-Darimi, with a good chain of authorities.
